As Pedestrians of Sarasota, Florida our Civil Right to an unobstructed and safe right of way has been violated by the Florida Department of Transportation placing street lamp posts in the middle of the sidewalk from the 3700 to 5700 blocks of Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota, Florida.
