On 3/20/2016 my unarmed son was pursued and murdered.  The Lee County Sheriff's Department has ruled it a murder, but the State Attorney refuses to prosecute.  She is unable to explain why, but does complain that I supported her opponent in the last election.  So this is merely payback.  Consequently, a murderer walks free while our family suffers.  We need justice for closure.

We have requested that Governor DeSantis move the case to another Judicial Circuit for an honest, objective, unbiased review.  Our petition has sat on his desk for four years.  When we call, they will only say that it is "still under review."

Please support our effort and urge the Governor to do his job, because the State Attorney won't do hers, and four years of stalling is too long.  He needs to move the case and help us get Justice For Ryan and closure for our family.
