They irony is that aviation apologists are still using the excuse of “why don’t you just move”, perhaps to be deliberately obtuse, or to obscure the negative impacts of aviation imposed upon millions of Americas, but “where should we move to”?
Thanks to FAA’s NextGen, there is nowhere to escape the hellish repetitive noise, or the danger low flying planes impose upon communities below.
The fact is that in a country as big as America there is very little place left to escape low flying planes (barrage of commercials, helicopters and small planes are assaulting homes, 24/7), Many US cities, towns and entire communities (even rural areas) are now living in a virtual airport, thanks to FAA’s debilitating concentrated flightpath (no matter how far one lives from an airport).
And for anyone to think that this will not affect you or your family, and you are not going to be burdened by 24/7 barrage of low altitude, loud and offensive planes, well, you are not paying attention. FAA’s newly created flightpaths over dense population will ensure that sooner or later everyone in America will be living in a “war zone”.
It’s been more than a decade of this deception that concentrating flightpath will make them “quieter”, persecution, discrimination, criminal abuse and assault, and FAA has refused to acknowledge Nextgen as “failure”. Furthermore, the FAA has resisted implantation of any changes to “regulate” the menacing self-serving and often abusive general aviation, or to implant their own “fix”.
Ways of “ignoring” the public, corporate denial and victimization of FAA’s nextgen victims:
Governments, Corporations and powerful lobbyists are well-placed to conceal harms and crimes caused by their criminal activities. In case of rogue aviation, any claims of wrongdoings, illegality of chartered flights (for instance ‘sky combat ace’ registering ‘adrenaline rush ride tours’ under ‘flight school’ to avoid ANY safety oversight), disingenuous low flying harassment, fatal crashes, auditory torture, history of illegal substance abuse and relentless assault are repeatedly ignored, refuted, and gaslighted, in some cases these reports are “shunned” by the FAA, abusive airport authorities and corrupt federal and local representatives.
Corporate denial is a commonplace strategy to victimize the victims, and it works.
For instance, the noise report by the FAA and Clark county department of aviation is filled with falsehoods and is tone deaf to the needs of communities impacted by rogue aviation players. The report is written to obscure the data, to empower rogue and dangerous aviation activities and benefit aviation money that’s often not even local.
It is grossly illegal for Clark county department of aviation and FAA to falsify noise complaint report and to keep covering up for major safety breaches, egregious aviation noise, for instance sky combat ace tuning off transponders in a busy airspace to repeatedly assault and aviation bully our home.
The aviation lobbyists with the help of abusive Clark county airport authority, city of las Vegas and local and federal government have been “condemning the condemners” …
Here are just some of the crude examples of aviation greenwashing, victimization in green criminology and aviation corporate and airport denial:
“Victims are repeatedly told they are the ones engaging in harassment campaigns, and they need to stop their so called “annoying calls and emails”, simply for daring to speak truth to power,

“Airports are falsifying noise complaint reports, blocking calls and emails, tempering with data, tagging protesting residents as ‘regular callers’, to discourage individuals from filing noise complaint report.
Residents are disrespected and labeled as “Karen” or “NIMBYs”, while rogue aviation players are regarded as “heroes” and “economic saviors” …. Here are some examples:
“Entitled ‘Karen’ is complaining about noise again? Why don’t you just move?”,
“The NIMBYs have nothing better to do than to just sit around the whole day and complain about noise”,
“Complainers are ‘NASTY people’, the airport was there first”,
“I don’t hear any planes, I don’t see any planes”, despite barrage of low flying planes invading dense population,
“This is federally funded airport, federal airspace, aiming to suggest that rogue pilots can do whatever they want”,
“The nerve of these people buying overly priced home next to an airport and then complain about plane noise” – [Although your home is probably nowhere near the airport, in some cases 10 to 40 miles away],
“Denying the existence of low flying planes, low flying harassment, aviation bullying and abuse, despite solid proof of satellite images”,
“Ignoring calls/emails, even blocking emails and calls from the public who are just pressing for answers and accountability after years of relentless assault, while corporate airports, counties, abusive local and federal Government write blank checks and make huge sums of profit at the expense of over-flown and severely abused communities”,
“Denying cases of pilot harassment, pilot stalking, low flying harassment and targeted assault (despite mountain of documented cases)”,
“Denial of mass bombardment of homes by rogue pilots, inviting other aviation players to acoustically dive bomb homes for MONTHS, and even years targeting homes of concerned residents, to further punish, intimidate, harass and cause psychological warfare”,
The victimization even go as far as IGNORING and muffling any opposition and concealing the “hidden” suffering and injuries caused by the state (crimes perpetuated against the public by the powerful, rich and influential), we’ve all seen it in cases of Government bullying and corporation thuggery, rogue aviation, or environmental pollutants, these cases are not prosecuted the same as street crimes, even though their impact is a lot more severe, often killing, injuring and poisoning millions of people.
For instance if I ride my “very loud” Harley up and down someone’s street, like 100 times a day (focusing on disturbing those I’m getting complaints from), I will be arrested for “public nuisance” and “targeted harassment”, but recreational pilots and practicing pilots can do endless loops and ridiculously noisy aerobatic maneuvers above congested areas, focusing on protesting residents, and within hearing distance of their homes, for days, months, and even years, violating counties’ noise ordinance, and the airport noise abatement procedures, often Violating federal guidelines shamelessly and flagrantly and still get away with it.
Thanks to “free skies for ALL”, rogue pilots and greedy airlines can harm our basic quality of life with total “IMPUNITY”. And if you dare to complain, or spend hours in front of a computer logging hours and hours of aerial assault, they gang up and mass bombard homes of concerned residents, just to “teach you a lesson”, and then shamelessly deny any evidence of planes targeting, terrorizing and tormenting protesting residents.
The local and federal government (the FAA and aviation and airlines) have been using “shock and awe” to muffle any opposition and bring everyone into submission:
We all know the avaricious aviation goal of unfettered capacity expansion is wanting higher airport capacity (in an unsustainable way), at the expense of poisoning millions of Americans, General aviation benefits itself, while imposing large impacts upon many.
It is not only nationwide, it is a global phenomenon (for example some cities in UK are already experiencing this issue), although US is one of worst examples of countries severely impacted because of corporate politicians and members of US congress.
General aviation pilots, Hobbyist pilots (for instance Parasitical Sky combat ace rogue pilots Banned or kicked out of Henderson, NV and other ports), commercial airlines, cargo, air-tour helicopters, flight schools, you name it, are getting funding and, pumped with public money, they are heavily empowered by FAA and US lawmakers, local politicians, and abusive airport authorities.
This wasteful superficial and menacing recreational activity is highly subsidized by tax payers money (not taking into account the monetary value of public officials, abusive Local and Federal, acting like employees or consultants for this polluting and menacing industry), and yet we wonder why our public transportation or public schools are underfunded and allowed to ROT.
They claim they can no longer build new airports outside the city limit, (like other countries do), while tripling their own salaries (for instance Clark County tripling salaries to $475,000/year, further burdening taxpayers with higher government spending, a fundamentally abusive and wasteful practice). They are allowing small planes to fatally crash into homes, setting homes and American people on FIRE, they are allowing our infrastructures to crumble and fall apart, they do not care about people ending up homeless on the streets because of high inflation, they do not care about America’s toxic food supply, obesity rate, mental health crisis, high unemployment rate, higher cost of living, or our dysfunctional government and disintegrated monetary system.
Instead of building new airports outside the city limit and building new underground tunnels and fast trains for easy and efficient commune, they increase their “airport capacity” by opening up superhighways above densely residential areas (without conducting any noise or environmental study), they even lower the altitude of these planes and ignore the loud decibels residents get to endure for decades, just to “save fuel” for airlines, this is all happening because the FAA and congress have been receiving bribery money from aviation (ignoring the FACT that more than half of this traffic abuse exceed FAA’s legal limit of 65 dB).
Our airspace has NOT been designed for this high volume of air traffic abuse, in the meantime continued string of airport runway near misses, major safety breaches, DEADLY small planes across US cities and horrific “737 max crashes” continue to haunt the public.
All over America, the Communities in sacrifice zones pay with their health. No significant impact is the farce they label it with, as millions are being driven to despair & are punished while GREEDY airlines & abusive general aviation make HUGE profits.
The abusive general aviation with the help of FAA, US congress and airport authorities have turned our peaceful blue skies into a DARK dumpster of inescapable hellish repetitive noise and air pollution.
US congress and our local representatives have become weapon of mass destruction, they are all standing idly by a captured federal agency (FAA) and abusive aviation businesses who black-top over our homes and smother us beneath a slab of repetitive roaring noise and ghastly pollution (Ultra fine particles, cancer-causing lead, carbon and PM2.5).
To get a picture of what Congress has been up to, serving the aviation industry and its powerful lobbyists, congress passed nextGen to Law in 2012 (most members of congress did not read it, aviation powerful lobbyists wrote it and congress signed it to law) and 12 years later most members of congress are totally indifferent, inactive, and dismissive of damaging the American public and total destruction of lives.
Examples below are some of the current worst-case scenarios where General Aviation and airlines operations have soared, as have pollutant impacts, in some cases doubling in a few years, yet no environmental or sound studies or public engagement process preceded any of this growth, as a result of this GREED and profiteering passed on to the public.
The Front Range of Colorado, Queens (New York), Long Island (NY), Las Vegas, NV (KVGT, Harry Reid), Seattle, Burien (WA), Los Angeles, Long beach, San Francisco, Phoenix (AZ), Flagler and palm beach county (Florida), Portland and Bend (Oregon), Atlanta, Georgia, Somerville and Mercer county (New jersey), Belmont North Carolina and south Carolina, Hanscom Field (Massport), Boston Medflight Massachusetts, Dallas, Austin, Fort Lauderdal (TX), Philadelphia , Washington DC, and Michigan among many others are some of the worst examples.
North Las Vegas airport (VGT) is a perfect example of perpetuated injustice, obscuring rogue aviation negative impacts imposed upon American people, to benefit aviation money that’s often not even local.
Traffic pattern are now almost 5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 40 to 50 miles LONG, (at low altitude), FAA has been aggressively ‘collaborating’ with airline/aviation industry and has forced all aircrafts into a few narrow corridors, shrinking flight paths from miles wide to a mere couple of thousand feet wide, with frequent flights at much lower altitudes. Henderson powerful lobbyists and politicians kicked sky combat ace loud stunt planes out of Clark county district G and A – (Henderson, NV) and dumped this abusive business over densely populated Las Vegas (district C, district B, district D and district F), where they get to terrorize quiet residential communities 5 to 10 miles away from airport, as much as 30 to 50 times a day, along with 500 low flying planes, assaulting homes day and night.
American cities and towns are “under siege” by GREEDY airlines and rogue aviation players, making HUGE profits at the expense of pain and suffering of millions of Americans FORCED to live underneath these flightpaths:

In our community, Hillsboro (Oregon) Aero Academy rakes in government subsidies (federal, state and local), boasts a student roster of over 50% foreign nationals (Pacific Rim, esp China, and EU countries), abuses our environment without compensation or meaningful limitations, and sends its profits to its out-of-state owners. Keep the pressure on public and private leaders to end this corrupt and poisonous business model" David

GA airports have become launching pads for antisocial bullies intent on poisoning residents with noise and lead as well as other criteria pollutants and air toxins. "Las Vegas, NV. I've been under constant assault by commercial airlines flying low and loud over my home since October 2023. I have counted three per minute nearly every day 6 a.m. - midnight at times! I contacted the ombudsman whose reply was that this was temporary and to expect this only 25 percent of the year. It's now been seven months - over 50 percent of the time. That was a lie. I bought this home 20 years ago and it never happened until now. I called the FAA noise hotline yesterday and was told, "The FAA decided to use that runway and we can't do anything about it." Now what? My health is deteriorating with PTSD symptoms and my thoughts interrupted every 20 seconds. If I'm on the phone, I must stop talking until the plane passes and tell the person on the other end of the phone, "I can't hear you. You're going to have to repeat what you just said." Try that three times a minute! I can't sleep. Can't think, Can't have friends come over. Isolation. Trauma. Torture. Racing heart. This is no quality of life. Anytime we call anyone, we are told or threatened to stop our “annoying” phone calls, or calls go to Voicemails, unheard and unanswered, we are repeatedly told LIES that pilots are flying with federal regulations (when satellite images show they are NOT), emails are getting bounced back and despite the non-stop aerial assault on our homes, we are told we are the ones engaging in harassment campaign (No one sane and sober does this to anyone for any reason). Let me be clear HERE, you are ALL denying us the right to exist and live a healthy life, you are using your city attorneys (paid by my tax dollars) to abuse and assert your own power and fragile egos over us.
