“FAA is a captured federal regulator, abusing its sovereign authority (which even the courts routinely defer to) to enable excessive operations (and impacts) by aviation players, who gain financially with FAA inaction and delays, often aided by current FAA employees who have conflicts of interest due to other non-FAA aviation work, all that at the expense of the American people on the ground” according to Jeff Lewis, a former FAA air traffic controller who was forced to early retirement after raising concerns about safety breaches (including an actual midair collision between a helicopter and a small plane, at the Reid-Hillview airport in San Jose).
A Reminder that 300,000+ aviation noise complaints (from long Beach to Oregon, Seattle, New York, to Los Angeles to Las Vegas) have been actively IGNORED by FAA and local and fed government;

Small planes are crashing into residential neighborhoods all across America, small planes and helicopters are joyriding all day, every day (at low altitude to torture, assault, decimate and torment protesting residents), stunt planes and their war games are going nuts all over the homes of concerned citizens, “aviation bullying” and repeatedly and violently targeting and assaulting our homes. Our right to safety, privacy and peace and tranquility is being invaded, commercial planes are losing doors during flights and serious safety issues like engine corrosion are being overlooked because FAA’s upper management pressures on its own inspectors to IGNORE critical engine problems.
The truth is that FAA has become a delegator and a consulting firm for the airline and abusive general aviation Mob, they would rather put our lives at risk than making life saving changes to these oppressive and concentrated flightpaths right above our homes.
Does an airport have an unlimited right to create new public nuisances and threaten safety and well-being of residents who live 5 to 10 miles away from the airport? These stunt planes and their war games are making our homes sound like runways. Let's say you bought a house next to a neighbor who played music with his windows open. Does the neighbor have the right to turn up the volume after you move in? Does he have the right to install speakers on his deck? At what point does the neighbor become a public nuisance and a threat, and when can you sue him to turn down the volume?
“Subjection to noise” is a violation of the UN Convention Against Torture and is BANNED by the Geneva Convention. The FAA is allowing abusive general aviation to use repetitive, UNSAFE and dangerously LOUD DECIBELS as a weapon of TORTURE
We have been enduring one of the WORST ASSAULTS against our communities, for daring to speak up and exposing the FAA and the dark side of general aviation (brutal repetitive jet noise, war and aggression and toxic pollutants). 400 low flying planes a day (NON-ESSENTIAL FLIGHTS - small planes/flight schools + low flying helicopters + sociopathic aerobatic warmongers, SKY COMBAT ACE) are relentlessly TARGETING protesting residents with flybys, aerobatic dives, and dangerous maneuvers. This is constant bombardment of our homes, Intentional lead Poisoning, sleep depriving & relentless auditory torture and assault. Apparently the need of these abusive businesses are greater than the health, safety and sanity of tens of thousands of the residents, thus nullifying countless complaints from our communities and putting our communities on further notice.
"Torturing with noise. Excessive loud & repetitive noise is known to cause intense physical & mental suffering w/out leaving marks/proof and is banned by the Geneva Convention, yet general aviation & FAA Collusion with knowing intent to cause intense emotional & physical distress. FAA’s closed concentrated flightpaths over densely populated residential neighborhoods is creating nightmarish noise and air pollution, both in General aviation airports and major airline hub airports.
Some of the worst examples are Boulder County, CO (BJC, BDU, QQE, and LMO), Long Beach (LGB), Long Island, JFK, North Las Vegas Airport (VGT), Flagler Executive Airport (KFIN), Bend Oregon (Muni), Los Angeles (LAX and VNY), Burbank (BUR), Cotton Wood airport (CTW), Paleo Alto (PAO), and Seattle (SeaTac - SEA)), where abusive recreational pilots, flight schools and hobbyist pilots get to exploit their privileges by performing incessant “touch & goes” and “pattern work” on top of congested areas, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
400 low flying planes/day - Tourist HELL-copters, parasitical sky combat ace and small planes (those affiliated with abusive flight schools) are blasting LOUD single props, and E300s over Sun City, Summerlin and NW, most days we are "under siege and under attack" inside our homes.
We are making the case that the government we FUND is aiding rogue aviation (for instance SKY COMBAT ACE BANNED in OCEANSIDE/CA AND KICKED OUT OF HENDERSON, NV) and has intent to cause harm. We will not live within these violent chaotic systems any longer. There pilots are tormenting our communities & we have a government refusing redress after 300,000+ complaints (from NY, to LA to Las Vegas to Seattle).
Sky Combat has been doing illegal aerobatic dives on to of Sun City and NW, relentlessly focusing on protesting residents. Instead of shutting this business down, the FAA, VGT authorities and our Federal and local representatives have been giving this abusive business more incentive to GROW and they can behave with total impunity to HARM our basic quality of life. This rogue business TARGETS Sun City, Lone Mountain and NW residents repeatedly on a daily basis, and abuses the American people with throttle punched, prop changed, intentional excessive targeted noise, blasting five to ten of their LOUD E300s directly above homes of protesting residents, over and over.
The FAA, greedy airlines and abusive and psychotic general aviation Mob (GA) have declared war against the American people, they are using loud decibels as weapon of torture, preying on the vulnerable, the young, the poor, the old and the sick, they are deliberately exposing and TARGETING quiet communities (even those far from the airports) to continuous and egregious LOUD decibels, dangerous maneuvers, and toxic jet fuel.
At VGT, BJC, LMO, LGB, BUR and other problematic GA airports, GA operations have soared, as have pollutant impacts, in some cases tripling in a few years. At North Las Vegas airport, abusive recreational pilots (in particular parasitical Sky Combat Ace, Vegas Aviation, West Air Flight Training, Chennault Flying Service, or BBL Ventures (Montana), Love Cloud, TACTICAL INTEGRATED TRAINING SOLUTIONS of Colorado) are taking advantage of lack of any regulations and profiteering from the impacts they impose upon communities below. Eventually the tax payers have to pay for all the consequences and repercussions regarding the health, well-being, and environmental affects as a result of this profiteering – passed on to the public.
In most general aviation airports, the FAA has unanimously made a decision to put practicing pilots, and intense and dangerous rogue recreational pilots (for instance Sky Combat Ace at VGT) in oppressive repetitive “touch-and-go” routes over neighborhoods, even those far from the airport, most of these pilots are tormenting residents in loud piston-engine planes or loud single props - extra E300 – 315 horse power (90-150 decibels). They are bombarding the same streets and communities repeatedly.
Sky combat ace FLIES their loud E300s right above homes to torture and torment the American people. Sky Combat stunt planes have been designed to STRIKE FEAR AND ANNOYANCE IN THE HEARTS OF tens of thousands of hard-working Americans.
Sound has been used throughout history as a way of exerting power and control. Today, hi-tech sound techniques and playlists of “extreme” music, from children’s TV themes to death metal, they are employed as weapons of torture, assault and espionage.
In recent years, the use of sound as a weapon has increased, as have the abilities to better exploit its potential. From Long Range Acoustic Devices used to disperse protesting crowds, to military drones or abusive general aviation, loud sounds induce a wave of fear in those unlucky enough to be living with them, we are entering an age where sound is being repositioned as a tool of TERROR.
For instance, Sky combat ace flies to torment the American people, they are changing the frequency of their loud E300s to get back at protesting residents, as they play their little war games back and forth on top of our homes, golf courses, lakes and communities. The unusually loud and high-pitched buzz of sky combat ace Extra EA-300 and other aerobatic rogue players is specifically designed to exert power and sow FEAR and submissiveness in the hearts of protesting residents and the American people. The use of sonic threat is demonstrated as a powerful psychological terror and a destructive tool of war.
These sonic characteristics of low flying loud single props have been shown to produce, different degrees of annoyance, stress, anxiety and fear and even PTSD. Civilian descriptions of horrible sounds of LOUD single props or abusive GA mob (in particular sky combat E300s) is combined with “wave of TERROR, horror, fear and anxiety”.
Residents get to endure decades of stress and auditory torture while their properties become increasingly less inhabitable. The airport-related pollutants and the traffic congestion destroy previously idyllic places. Homes become run-down rentals. Commercial blight sets in, including seedy lodging, and expansive rental car and parking lots. Businesses catering to air travelers emerge, often with larger crime problems: nude bars, pawn shops, liquor stores and pot shops, and lots of empty shops abandoned due to the blight. Property values drop, making it that much easier for federal funds to buy even more airport lands.
The impacts general aviation (GA) and psychotic GA mob (stunt planes and thrill joyriders) impose upon those below are significant, especially noise and fear/stress reactions. Plus, too often, the margin of safety is cut too thin, leading to fatal accidents. Hundreds have died in Grand Canyon aviation accidents. Sky Combat Ace has a grim history of aviation bullying and abuse, noise, fatal crashes, illegal substance abuse and relentless auditory torture and assault, Banned or dismissed in other airports, these greedy businesses have found their safe haven, Abusive North Las Vegas Airport.
Similar to other abusive GA airports, The North Las Vegas Airport is subsidized by FAA grant monies, which allows the FAA to coerce the city to prevent noise regulations or take any actions against the repeated assault by these offenders and egregious and intrusive noise from recreational pilots (Sky Combat ace and abusive flight schools).

“We pay 10K/month for a living space in this system, just to have to listen to war games sounds, every 5 to 10 min, the evil thing is, they will come and set up a foul activity in a residential area and claim we have to move. The way we see it, this is pure land theft and a case of "eminent domain" government has transferred and fouled up our private property into a playground for drugged up pilots banned in other cities, with less than zero compensation to landowners who get to endure this relentless assault” Jim BT.

“I am writing to bring the FAA's Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC) proposal to the attention of QuietskiesLV.
Not only has the FAA done nothing to address the ever-worsening noise problem, but the FAA now wants to allow even more pilots to be able to fly an even wider variety of planes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zf4-zQcPfg
The result can only be even more planes buzzing around.
The FAA and the aviation industry have tried to dupe us by saying that planes are getting quieter.
But the FAA already knows that the FAA's own data shows "a substantial increase in the percentage of people who are highly annoyed by aircraft noise over the entire range of aircraft noise levels considered, including at lower noise levels" (https://www.faa.gov/regulations_policies/policy_guidance/noise/survey
The cause can only be more planes, which is exactly what MOSAIC will result and exacerbate.
We should have no illusions that newer planes will provide any relief anyway.
For example, a Czech Sport Aircraft SportCruiser is no less annoying than a Cessna 172.
One of the most annoying with its unusually loud and high-pitched buzz is the Extra EA-300. It is what Sky Combat Ace flies to torment Las Vegas.
The "sport" and "aerobatic" naming also motivate even more irresponsible and careless pilots to build their personal entertainment on top of the suffering of countless folks on the ground.
Flying is a privilege, and general aviation has repeatedly demonstrated that pilots abuse the privilege. When a privilege is abused, the privilege should be taken away, not to grant even more privilege.
I urge QuietskiesLV to encourage your audience to:
- remind the FAA the noise problem we are already facing, and
- how irresponsible the FAA is to knowingly propose MOSAIC that can only exacerbate the noise problem.
The pendulum for general aviation in the United States has already swung too far.
