DESPITE BACKLASH FROM THE RESIDENTS, SKY COMBAT ACE (Registered under KD Leasing), Vegas Aviation (Registered under ACE OF SPADES AVIATION LLC), CHENNAULT FLYING SERVICE (Registered under DIAMOND AIRCRAFT SALES OF KENTUCKY LLC) are STILL FLYING/LOOPING OVER SUN CITY GOLF COURSES.

• Vegas Aviation (N2355E and N5227E) has been looping early in the mornings and late at nights, deliberately TARGETING Sun City Summerlin. Recently Vegas Aviation experienced Landing Gear Collapse and their planes sustained substantial damage to the left aileron and left wing.
• CHENNAULT FLYING SERVICE is based in KENTUCKY, operating at KVGT, The company has had long history of safety issues and fatal crashes. They had a Plane crash at Lantana airport in Palm Beach County: when aircraft crashes, catches fire killing two people. Recently N857PA owned by CHENNAULT made an emergency landing in the northwest valley due to engine issues. • Sky Combat Ace BANNED in Oceanside and dismissed in Henderson is now at KVGT. They've has multiple DEADLY crashes and are exploiting the FAA's loophole to avoid oversight in terms of maintenance and pilot training. 
• N63456 registered under CLEAR SKY AVIATION SALES & LEASING LLC was flying low on top of Sun City Golf course. This company is registered in Arkansas (outside NV). Some of these rogue pilots are DELIBERATELY TARGETING SUN CITY BECAUSE OF OUR GOLF COURSES and everyday new LLCs are being added to the list of perpetrators and no one is STOPPING them.These rogue businesses BANNED or DISMISSED in other places are flaunting their newly funded FREEDOM to do whatever they like at KVGT and they are endangering the safety of our residents with their frequent looping, dangerous maneuvering and aggressive war-like behavior.

Contact the City of North Las Vegas and Commissioner Miller's office and tell them our homes and golf courses are not FREE training ground for planes with history of fatal crashes and major safety concerns or pilots who are high on marijuana joyriding at our expense.
