In fact, here is NTSB's Factual Report on Sky Combat Ace fatal accident in Henderson, NV. Witnesses told NTSB they saw SCA's loud E300s performing "aerobatic-like" maneuvers before crashing. The report had TWO MAJOR CONCERNING FINDINGS:
1. First and foremost, the report finds the pilot had detectable levels of THC (marijuana) in his blood and tissue. The fact that Sky Combat Ace E300 pilot had any amount of an illegal substance (marijuana did not become legal in Nevada until several months after the accident) is deeply disturbing.
2. Secondly, the report calls into question if the flight operation is operated legally by CFR 14.91 and .61 (Instructional Flights), and suggests they should have been legally required to hold a part 119 air carrier / commercial operator certificate and operate under the stricter 121 or 135 rules.

Five/Sex of Sky Combat Ace loud E300s take off west of KVGT to go to red rock on a daily basis now, they hammer the same route again and again, Sun City, Lone Mountain Road, and Summerlin West are being disproportionately affected, a lot more than others. Their final destination: Red rock and other conservation land, outside the City Limit. They are terrorizing thousands of the residents west of KVGT who pay expensive mortgagees and property tax.

"Our flight tours also allow the students with no flight experience to fly and control the acrobatic plane while the instructor teaches the art of aerial dogfighting" reads the company's website.
Yes, these are the actual words of the company itself. For years, SCA has been feeding a bunch of tourists who are ADRENALINE JUNKIES and want to experience live air combat simulation at the expense of Las Vegas residents. Sky Combat Ace was moved out of Henderson due to numerous safety and noise complaints. But unlike Henderson Executive which is located almost outside the City Limit, KVGT is located in the center of the town. SCA has modified their engines to be super loud like sports cars. Their noise is unlike anything you've ever heard when it comes to aircraft noise. They like to fly low, relatively slow and the reverberation of their engines lasts about 60 sec or more. The footprint of SCA loud E300s is affecting tens of thousand of homes west of KVGT, and within a 3 mile radius around it.
The residents west of KVGT believe that CHANGES CANNOT WAIT AND THERE ARE LIVES AT STAKE. There is a terrain around and Sky Combat Ace is dangerously maneuvering over residential homes west of KVGT and adding to the built-up of traffic here.
