A quick update:

Sky combat ace is overflying thousands of homes in between west of KVGT, all the way to Sun City Summerlin, Desert Shores, and Lone Mountain. They are constantly flying over your neighborhood because it is the MOST COST EFFECTIVE way for them to get in and out of KVGT. They want to save fuel and don’t care that they end of overflying your homes as much as 14 times a day. They could fly 10 degrees north or south of the airport to avoid overflying thousands of homes in between KVGT and Red rock. They are lying when they claim ATC is sending them your way. Don’t believe their lies, Call them at (888) 494-5850 and tell them to stop flying over your neighborhood all the time. 

In addition to noise, there are serious issues regarding their loud noisy stunt planes. the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has been calling for stricter oversight of Sky Combat Ace and other touring businesses after several deadly crashes in recent years. Sky Combat Ace is operating under rules for "passenger-carrying operations", which fall under a lot less restrictive regulations than airlines do. This has allowed Sky Combat Ace to exploit loopholes in FAA regulations in order to avoid stricter oversight. Sky Combat Ace advertising itself as an “adrenaline rush package” and other thrill-seeking rides, DOES NOT sound like a flight school. “This is one of the most egregious examples of exploiting a loophole, in my opinion,” board member Jennifer Homendy said After Sky Combat California crash.
