Carnivale is an annual event that happens at SeaWorld each Friday and Saturday night for three weeks. It involves loud music, fire twirling,  pyrotechnics, many guests and lots of lights. The festivities happen around the animal enclosures and force the animals to remain on show until after 9pm. There is a very loud continual buzz coming from some machinery next to the dolphin pool. I believe this vibration is always on. There is also an enormous speaker that sits on the bank of the dolphin enclosure and blasts music across the pool to the guests on the other side. 

People are able to visit the dolphins, the polar bear and some of the other animals. The crowd is loud and boisterous and in close proximity to the animals. I have heard the seal barking at night and swimming in incessant circles and seen the dolphins repetitively performing strenuous tricks up till late without instruction or reward, purely because there are people present.

I believe SeaWorld, an animal zoo, is the most inappropriate venue for this Carnivale. This event has been very successfully held at Movie World many times and works well with the park layout. Please help bring awareness to this thoughtless celebration and help get Carnivale moved out of SeaWorld permanently.
