Getting cut open by having items thrown at you? Being so scared by shouting crowds that you have to bolt to escape? Being Used as a weapon to trample unarmed people? Being used as a power status? 

Enough is enough. Stop the abuse towards horses being used within crowds of over 500 within the Mounted Police Force within the UK. Horses are sensitive animals and deserve the same respect as humans. They aren’t a tool to use to make the force look more powerful and most definitely shouldn’t be used to trample over unarmed humans. 

All we are asking is that the Mounted Police Force in the UK, have the decency to only use their equines within smaller crowds. To be used as a friendly Mode of transportation around towns and cities to ensure that we are all safe. 
When riot shields are needed, horses are NOT. 
The amount of horses that have been injured during “crowd control” and misused as a power status is shocking. As an officer what goes through your human mind to trample over a person with your horse or to use your horse as a threat to warm unarmed humans away? 

All we are asking is that for crowds of over 500, horses are NOT used.
