Update:  Don' think Twice, It's Alright...

As of May 17th,  township investigation(s) continue as Supervisor Gormont sign(s) have now been "relocated" across the street from this Penn Gate Farms signage and down the road a little from Supervisor Patterson's yard to make things seem a little cleaner.

At the same time, a dozen or so other Supervisor candidate signs have been taken without permission from private landowner properties across township and state roads by Mt Joy roadcrew, even after being warned by the County Election Office on May 6th.

Previous Update/Original Post:

Although the sitting Board of Mount Joy Township Supervisors are pending a final conditional-use decision by June 9th, hints of unethical practices seemingly continue?

Chairman Gormont who is a registered Democrat and running for Supervisor re-election in May 18th Primary, ironically has a campaign sign now placed at Penn Gate Farms who are some of the "Republican" ring leaders of the Brookview Solar 1 application?

Meanwhile, Vice-Chair Supervisor David Updyke with two solar leases continues to serve on the Board, after reportedly residing in Germany Township for the past 20 plus years?
