After 15 months of hearings, Mount Joy Township Board of Supervisors will receive findings of fact and legal conclusions from attorneys on both sides by April 26th and then have 45 days to review and make a public decision.

Meanwhile, Vice-Chair Supervisor Updyke with two (2) solar leases, "anxiously awaits" for the final votes from his cozy rancher in Germany Township at 361 Updyke Rd, Littlestown.

Either way, this matter will be appealed to a higher court and likely some Chairmen Supervisors/Landowners will be sued, pending the board decision...
