How is NextEra, "the world's most ethical and admired company" now involved or complicit with reports of local corruption, now actively being investigated?

During the Feb 3rd Solar CUP Hearing, an "unrepresented" party/neighbor of Supervisor Updyke testified "on the record" that this elected official and "2020 Recused Vice-Chair" (i.e. holding two (2) solar leases since 2017), actually resides in Germany Township, which many local folks already knew for the past 20-30 years?...

It was also noted that Chairman John Gormont ran twice for public office on the "same ticket" as David Updyke over-the-past 10 years, and Supervisor Gormont did not negate nor challenge any of these now public, Updyke revelations?...

Although Solicitor Smith did her best to squash-the-resistance and hide-the-trash, the opposition was recently "reassured" by township counsel that all 16-17 solar hearings were more than fair, transparent, and equitable.  When in fact, members of the 956 in opposition were essentially forced to "pay to play" in Smith's kangaroo court with continuing legal fees, transcripts, experts, and two court injunctions, just to have a reasonable voice, in-person?...

At this time, in order to save face and corporate reputation, NextEra may want to reaccess doing "backdoor business" with GUS: Gormont, Updyke, and Susan?  No elected official should have active leases to financially benefit, prior to finally recusing himself, 3 years later, especially as a non-resident Supervisor?...
