After 15 months and 20 hearings, Brookview Solar 1 has finally finished up their rebuttal case tonight with yet another subpar and "woefully inadequate" project witness. 

NextEra's very own Heath Barefoot is the now the 4th project manager presented, after just visiting the site "in-person" today.  As usual, this solar representative had much difficulty answering basic questions with any specific details or certianities, as he just started looking over application and hearing transcripts in January of 2021.

Although the project continues to change its initial conception with lots of smoke and mirrors to make project appear smaller, the applicant certainly has not made a "clear and convincing case" to the board.  

And as expected, the Township Solicitor continues to direct her "bias and hostility" towards the opposition group and  shielded/protected the Township Engineer tonight from having to answer specific zoning and ordinance language, regarding the Chapter 81 storm-water management "shall" mandates of the township ordinance.

The board will make a decision within 75 days of the final transcript being received, which maybe May-June timeframe. 

And hopefully, our Supervisors will make the right decision, so citizens don't have to appeal and delay this solar sham further.
