Give Romano Fenati a lifetime ban from motorcycle racing

Give Romano Fenati a lifetime ban from motorcycle racing
The Issue
At the Misano GP on the 9th of September 2018, Romano Fenati pulled on the brake lever of Stefano Manzi in retaliation for a failed attempt at an overtake earlier in the race.
Motorcycle racing is a dangerous enough sport as it is, and what Fenati did could have ended in serious injury or even death if Manzi hadn't been able to keep the bike under control.
This isn't out of character for Fenati, who has been no stranger to controversy in his career thus far. During a Moto 3 warm-up session in 2016, he kicked Niklas Ajo before pressing the kill switch on Ajo's bike. Later he was removed from the VR46 team for "behaviour not in line with the disciplinary rules of the team".
Currently, he has been given a 2 race ban. Seemingly, everyone other than the MotoGP stewards realise that this penalty falls well short of the mark. Not only does it tell younger riders that they can act in a reckless, irresponsible way and get away with it, but it also means that Fenati will be back on track for the Japanese GP where he could potentially be putting other riders at risk.
Fenati hasn't learned from past penalties, so why would this time be any different? Clearly, he doesn't know how to deal with anger while on track, and for the sake of safety, he should never be allowed to take part in a world championship race again.
