Calling out to all our friends and especially all parents, I need your help and support with this:
I was horrified to see the poster for the movie " Sinister" the other day ( this was in the Valley, but they are all Los Angeles). On the poster you see a dark creepy nasty monster and then the image of two children blindfolded and tied up to a rope. I was so upset by this image I started crying, sobbing. If I feel like this seeing this dark, dark crap, how does it make my innocent 3 year old feel, sitting in the back of the car just observing her surroundings. This poster has really gone too far, it's time for us to stand up against this desensitizing of our children ( and heck ourselves). To me this is symbolic, children being openly blindfolded. This is what it has come to in Hollywood, they do not give a crap as long as they are making money. Heck if porn is being regulated, so should the horror industry. God forbid you see a booby of a mother nursing her child, but lets go ahead and plaster horror and fear all over town. Yuck, I am over it. These posters need to come down all over town and nationwide. And I want to take it a step further and start a petition to ask for regulation of these posters to be PG . I don't want to see this anymore. So please everyone, I ask you what can we do and will you help me to make sure our kids don't have to be subjected to this dark energy. Thank you for your support!
