My brother was convicted for accessory to murder by given a life sentence in 1991. He was not place at the crime scene by no eye witness the judge had an personal grudge against my brother. He stated that it was personal prior to this incident my brother had no history of any violent crime. He was beaten by police officer to sign an confession later that same precinct was under investigation for the same crime beaten people that was in their custody. Several officers were dismiss and sentence and some of those innocent victims were sitting on Death row but later release. Theirs a lot of red flags that cause me to ask for help to get as many as possible to sign this petition to bring awareness to my brother case and others who have been falsely sentence by judges who took an oath to be fair but instead bring their personal feelings to work. Could you imagine if a doctor done that wow? I just ask for my brother case to be reviewed. Theirs several citizens that can vouch for this story and that my brother has change. He desire to help the youth to not make the same mistake he did. Hanging with the wrong crowd caused him his life and he never was able to be a father to his two sons. Please sign the petition
