A significant number of us have not been given the essential piece of knowledge of the exact time we first arrived in the world. This information is not meticulously recorded, nor systematically passed onto us, which surprisingly affects a crucial aspect of our existence - the accuracy of our birth chart. For those of us deeply invested in astrological studies and understandings, this is a pivotal concern. An accurate birth chart cannot be derived without the precise birth time. The time of birth is should be recorded for other historical, medical, and personal reasons. 

Decades ago, the time of birth was conscientiously recorded alongside the date, a practice, essential to this day, that has sadly been dismissed. While the time of death is vigilantly accounted for, the moment we enter this world is not given equal importance. This inconsistent approach by hospitals and the medical community leaves a gaping hole in our personal history. Dedicated research within our community has confirmed this unsettling trend.

We defend that the knowledge of the time of one's birth should be a fundamental right and seek your support in demanding a change in legislation. We urge that the Law makers to introduce legislation demanding hospitals and healthcare providers to systematically record the time of birth and ensure its inclusion in the recording of births.
