Mothers of the Fallen Facebook PageThe Mothers of the Fallen need our Country's help in gaining signatures, to show congress we need to obtain a congressional hearing. The more support we can acquire the better it will help us move forward in our goal of seeking change for our service members. We are working with a well known Private Investigator Manuel Gomez, who is a retired,18th Airborne Army Intelligence Officer of 21 years. Manuel will be shedding light upon the negligent cases of our sons and daughters deaths on US bases around the world, to congress if we can achieve a hearing in Washington DC. Our sons and daughters were killed either by Murder, Medical negligence, negligence and or supposed suicide. More of our service members are dying from non combat deaths than ever before. This needs to stop. No mother should have to bury her child due to complete negligence and or homicide from the military's hands. Manuel Gomez has proposed a bill named the "Hall of Justice". We are supporting his bill to help the military be held accountable. We need as a country to have more of a checks and balance system in place so the military or our civilian justice system can not investigate themselves. There needs to be an independent investigation from an outside source. Not the government investigating the government. We have been given lies and heavily redacted investigations done by the military members and NCIS. They have claimed several of these deaths were just 'Accident's when in reality they were murders or cover ups, to help the military not look bad in the face of the public.  If your child or family member wants to join the military you need to know first hand as a parent, that the Feres Doctrine protects them from being sued or having ANY accountability what so ever if they kill your loved one. This needs to be amended. No organization should have blanket immunity from being held responsible for down right murder. No one.  Please help us stop non combat deaths.
