We are writing to you with great reluctance and a heavy heart. This petition is about our situation as Moroccan students who are enrolling in Chinese universities in autumn 2020. Due to the pandemic, we do not have permission to go to China, we are petitioning to join our universities because we do not prefer online teaching for several reasons for instance: the quality of online teaching can't rich the offline one because of the technical problems, the lack of communication and the focusing in theory rather than practice. Also, as we all know the timing gap between Morocco and China is 7 hours which can make this mission more and more difficult for us. And we can't deny that this way of instructing requires strong time management skills the thing that we can't guarantee for ourselves, not because of our laziness or the lack of motivation but it's a direct consequence of all what is mentioned before.

We are not just students we are ambassadors and a real link between these two countries, the universities have examined our applications, we got our admissions (some of us their JW) we afforded the deposits and all the fees for the universities (even the dormitory) and we are ready to do the PCR test consequently we hopefully waiting for your move for an exclusive solution in an exceptional circumstantial.
