Dogs are staving and in poor health and in need of veterinary care. An animal management committee need to be set up and trained in the care and wellbeing of these dogs to educate the general public and owners on nutrition and neutering of their pets.
The issue
As an animal lover it is appalling to see dogs in this condition in a country as rich as ours. Education is the key to better animal health. Neutering will help curb the unwanted and neglected dogs on the island. Better animal management and education of the public and owners and a full time vet on the island would help this. By the general public supporting this petition we can make a difference in the lives of both the animals and the general public
