This petition is to bring justice upon a MONSTER who allowed & watched as her 7 year old daughter was raped.

I have never taken the time to write a petition before but this story really brought me to tears. Our mothers are predominantly the one person who most of us trust to care for us and protect us & Morgan Keene blatantly betrayed this baby. I am a mother and my children keep me alive. I take full responsibility for bringing my kids onto this earth and therefore feel that I have an obligation to protect them at all costs until they can protect themselves.

”The child confided in someone else that the pair had forced her to 'take part in sexual acts' The girl, crying under a table, told the person who called police that Pupo raped her while Morgan Keene (her mother) watched and that afterwards, she was left bleeding. She said Keene told her to wipe off the blood, shower, and 'go to bed'. The next day, they took her to Target to buy a sewing kit. The girl said the pair then stitched up her wounds using the kit. “Argelio Pupo & Morgan Keene were arrested in November 2020. In interviews, the victim detailed that Pupo, Keene, and the girl got naked and went into bed one evening before Pupo inserted his penis into both her vagina and “booty.” The girl said that the incident caused her vagina to bleed and that her vagina and buttocks were both sore afterwards. While investigating the case, police were shown texts between Keene and a friend who worked as a nurse for an OB-RN. In those texts, Keene asked questions about how to stitch the wounds and told the nurse that Pupo had “stitched and handled” the matter. When the nurse insisted that she go see a doctor, Keene indicated that she was too embarrassed. When police questioned Keene at the time, she indicated that she had never heard of the allegations previously and denied participating in the abuse. Keene also declined a request for consent to conduct a forensic exam on her daughter. Pupo was found guilty of ten different counts of sexual battery on a child under 12, aggravated child abuse, neglect, molestation, and use of a child in a sexual performance. He was sentenced to life in prison on December 1. Keene, who is scheduled to be sentenced on January 9, 2023, entered a plea in the case in August. According to the terms of the plea agreement, Keene pled Nolo Contendre to a charge of attempted sexual battery of a child under 12 and will spend 30 years in the department of corrections. MORGAN KEENE IS THE BIGGER MONSTER HERE.

This woman is a coward who deserves much more than 30 years in prison. If you are a person who is in their right mind, you will not hesitate to sign this petition. 
How is it that this person is given the option to testify against this monster? Keene HAS THE NERVE to request a lower sentence for speaking against the predator whom SHE had the power to stop in the first place?! Make it make sense?! Keene had the ability to protect this baby’s innocence and DID NOTHING to fulfill her role as a protector. Morgan Keene not only encouraged and allowed the trauma to occur but assisted in the heinous sexual abuse of her own child. It’s TOO LATE to speak up now Morgan Keene. It was your job to protect this baby’s innocence and YOU failed her. My heart hurts. 

This woman deserves a much higher sentence. 30 years is like a slap on the wrist for the deep trauma her daughter will forever have to live with. Please take the time to sign this petition if you are in agreement that Morgan Keene deserves a higher sentence.
