County Commission mtg tomorrow 5pm

The Commission will consider an amendment to Phase 9 that includes rezoning and a total removal from the Master HOA (MOA) and original Development Agreement (DA). These changes essentially allow Phase 9 to bypass the standards and obligations that govern the rest of the community. Without the oversight of the MOA or the protections of the DA, the long-term impacts on property values and infrastructure are unknown.
