Lots of teens deal with mental health issues. In the past years mental health for teens has been in a decline. Many don't have access to counseling or services for mental health. Even more might not even feel comfortable to talk to someone. Most middle schools only have one to two guidance counselors for hundreds of students. That's more than a hundred kids for each counselor. If there were more counselors that came from different backgrounds and could relate to different audiences would more teens go to counseling? This could help teens talk about their mental health and express how they feel.
