Please! rescue American investors across the country scammed by MORBEX TRUCK AUTOMATION... We are about crash!

We are a group of about 50 investors sprayed across America that were scammed by Morbex Truck Automation business beginning January of 2023.

Morbex LLC under the leadership of Joshua Smith, Danilo Monzo, Adrian Colon and Orlando Alvarez ran advertisement ads on the internet to get investors to invest in the truck automation business. Morbex LLC urged investors to invest any amount with them ranging from $60000 to $200000 to buy trucks, manage the trucks and share the profit in the ration of 12% for Morbex LLC and 88% for the investors. An agreement was signed for us to begin receiving profits after 45 days of payment. After that, Morbex Truck automation leaders stopped communicating with the investors. Some investors reported they were assigned some trucks, but Morbex never handed the trucks to the investors. The investors grouped together to report the case to FBI (Case: 318B-MM-3862207) and sue Morbex Trucking Automation in the state of Florida. This information can be provided upon request.

Morbex Trucking Automation was a registered LLC company in Florida. We thought the business was a legitimate and legal operating business so each of us engaged in the business and wired money in different amounts to Morbex LLC. Proof of money wired can be provided by each investor. Most of us used the Wells Fargo bank but there are a few who charged their business credit cards and could not get the charges dismissed because the fraud was not apparent for the first 90 days.

We are writing to request an emergency and immediate release of funds back to these investors so we can continue to boost the economy and avoid inflation. Although the case is with the FBI and court, it can take more than a year for resolution.

Morbex Trucking automation LLC and its conspirators plunged hard-working investors into a deep social, economic and financial mess. A lot of us used our home equity, hard-earned and life savings, and other loans to invest in Morbex automation, which was presented as a legitimate and legal company. We trusted Morbex because it was presented as a secure investment opportunity and legally registered in the state of Florida. We invested because we were seeking to contribute to our community while creating a better future for ourselves and our children. Some of us have trucks that were already purchased in our names and now we have payments due.

Since we reported the case to the FBI in January of 2024, we are facing a significant and unbearable hardship. Our loan payments are due, and we are sinking even more since the process can be as long as three years and even when we arrive at a judgment, we are not guaranteed sufficient fun from Morbex to settle all the investors. We are depressed and a lot of us have become suicidal with all those debts, not knowing how and when we are going to pay them back.

To alleviate this social, economic and financial crisis in our community, we are begging the White house, Congress and the other government agencies to intervene and rescue our economy by rescuing these investors. We are pleading that the funds be returned to the investors by the government. We can pay back the money after the judgment. A lot of us invested in the short-term programs and were told to expect returns in couple of Months, right around the time FBI got involved. Now that the FBI and Department of Justice have become involved, we are hopeful that these funds will be returned to investors as soon as possible by the government to rescue the economy. 

We believe in the United States justice system’s ability and all parties to protect our interests in this matter.
