Brunswick County continues to be one of the largest growing counties in the state of NC. One reason for this is because our Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is outdated and needs to be updated/Changed. 

We are asking the county commissioners to put a moratorium on the passing of any more developments until a New UDO can be written and issued.

Brunswick county is working on approving their new blueprint however it conflicts the currect UDO. This needs to be rewritten!
