For the second semester in a row, MSU's adjunct faculty are continuing to work under an expired contract which pays them less than their full-time faculty counterparts for teaching exactly the same classes.  This needs to change now.

We urge the entire MSU community to take a stand for justice and fairness in education by supporting pay equity for adjunct faculty.  Tell the MSU Board of Trustees:

Adjuncts at MSU deserve equal pay for equal work!

To that end: While the new contract is being negotiated, we, the undersigned (students, staff, faculty, alumni, NJ residents, and stakeholders in higher education) call upon the MSU Board of Trustees to do the right thing & set aside in escrow adequate funds to ensure equal pay for adjuncts upon the conclusion of negotiations.
