Dear MSU community, 

As the Bozeman community grows, Montana State University grows as well. In the spring of 2019 MSU announced that changes where coming to the parking system including license plate recognition. Two main lots on the MSU campus are now "reserved" parking lots (North Field house and Linfield lots) which sit empty. Half the parking on south 7th ave has been taken up by a new bike lane, and the lots on the west end of campus along 15th and college are filled up by construction workers, well before students arrive on campus for the day. Students and staff are forced to be be parked miles away or face a fine for parking in a "reserved" lot.
