Judge Elizabeth Best of the 8th Judicial District Court in Cascade Montana is widely known for her rulings of several cases involving child murderers, abusers and sex offenders.  Offering them no more than a slap on the wrist. She is a disgrace to our judicial system and needs to be removed. Victims are suffering and continuing to be victimized by her rulings. She let a convicted sex offender,  William Edward Miller Jr., 51, of Great Falls, with over 60 counts of absolutely horrendous acts on several children, including his own son, off with a plea deal of 1yr deferred sentence, 6mo UNSUPERVISED probation, and if no violation will have his felony removed and not have to even be on the sex offender registry. In the atrocious torture and murder of a 5yo boy Antonio (Tony) Renova, she has once again failed the victim by accepting a plea dropping charges down to where one of the three offenders will once again walk free with a slap on the wrist.  She refused to terminate the rights of a biological mother that admitted to trying to kill her own children, amongst documented years of neglect and abuse. Further hindering them from being adopted by the real woman they call "Mother". These are a few of MANY cases of this type that she has ruled in this manner on. How many more victims will we allow her to keep victimizing?! Cascade County needs this Judge removed from the bench! SHE MUST GO! #REMOVEJUDGEBEST
