It's bad enough when a politically motivated Yellowstone County (Billings, Montana) District Court Judge (Jessica T. Fehr) ignores me, a victim of domestic violence, as well as an email from CPS asking me to move out with my 3 young children & instead decides to place my 3 young children in the custody of my ex who is a level 3 sex offender (whose "innocent" because he "PASSED" a polygraph test via CPS in 2012, he actually asked his former 12 year-old step-daughter to LIE about him sexually abusing her to allegedly get away from domestic abuse himself in 2000) in a divorce case but what's worse is the MT State DOJ emails me stating that as long as ANY registered sex offender who is NOT on supervision (probation) then the law states that "There is no legal authority in regards to where they can go. As a Tier 3 offender (the most dangerous level) the school may have concerns if they are not aware of it yet, but that is at their discretion"(???) That law needs changed ASAP for the safety of children because parents do not expect that registered sex offenders, including level 3, are allowed on school property or even public parks!

Dear Montana State Lawmakers: 

We the people of Montana State & The United States of America want a law in place that protects our children from potential harm because currently registered sex offenders NOT on supervision (probation), regardless of what level (tier) they are, are allowed on school property (& public parks) primarily because they are allowed to have legal custody of children either thru divorce or even as a licensed foster parent (I have a friend whose grandson was in the placement of a convicted sexual predator via CPS in MT State)!

ALL registered sex offenders, regardless of their level/tier & if they're NOT on supervision/probation, should NOT be allowed to legally:

1.) Have custody or placement of children

2.) Be allowed on school property or public parks

I'm working on a separate petition to have Yellowstone County (Billings, Montana) District Court Judge Jessica T. Fehr to be investigated, recalled & removed from the bench immediately for the safety of children because she handles most of the CPS/Family Law cases in Yellowstone County & was appointed by former MT Governor Steven Bullock who vetoed HB753, a CPS whistleblower bill to protect families, which I testified in Helena MT in regards to that bill. My ex's attorney brought up my affiliation to such bill in the 1st hearing regarding divorce & then denied ever bringing it up in the final hearing, hence why I call her a politically motivated Judge!

If Y'all want to see this law changed, PLEASE sign this petition & share it like crazy in hopes of more signatures so MT State Lawmakers can try to make a difference in the safety of our children! Thanks to all of U in advance!
