Montana is one of a minority of states which has a statute of limitations to protect child molesters. This means that after a certain period goes by, child molesters can rest easy knowing that they will never face justice for their crimes.  A statute of limitations makes sense for contract or jaywalking claims, but not the abuse of children.  Right now, Jim "Doc" Jensen, a man who has acknowledged sexually assaulting dozens of Miles City High School students, is free because the statute of limitations.  Please help the victims of "Doc" Jensen as well as other victims by demanding that the legislature repeal any criminal or civil statute of limitations which protects child molesters.  Read more about this travesty of justice here.)
