It is time Animal Cruelty is taken seriously in Flathead County, Montana. Abusers need to held accountable and charged when reports are filed. The people need to know if they report a crime against animals, law enforcement and the Flathead county attorney's office read the file and charge the abuser. I reported a case of horrific abuse I witnessed on December 1st, 2015 and the dog, "Pebbles", remains with her abuser and NO charges have been filed; multiple calls were made by witnesses of the horrific abuse... at the time of the Incident and Pebbles was not even taken to the vet to be examined for internal injuries. THIS CASE MUST BE REVIEWED BY THE ATTORNEY IN POSSESSION OF THE CASEFILE AND FELONY ANIMAL CRUELTY CHARGES MUST BE FILED AGAINST GERALD MONK!
