We, the undersigned, respectfully demand that Sue Evans step down or be removed from the position of director at the Monroe County Animal Shelter. The shelter has become uninhabitable for animals and staff members alike. Through mismanagement of funding (whether intentional or through gross oversight) the shelter is also in debt to the city of Monroeville. City/County council members are urged to remove Mrs. Evans immediately and seek appropriate measures to restore the facility.
