On June 4, 2025, I experienced a disturbing incident involving Ms. Gwendolyn Love at Lunch Break in Red Bank, NJ — a place meant to serve the vulnerable, not harm them. What happened that day was not just unprofessional — it was unjust.
I have now taken formal legal action to seek accountability and protect others from similar mistreatment.
This is not just about one person. It’s about a pattern of abuse of power, discrimination, and retaliation within organizations that are supposed to uplift our community — especially seniors, veterans, disabled individuals, and low-income families.
If these nonprofits receive public funding, tax exemptions, and donations, we have a right to demand transparency in how they treat the very people they claim to help.
📢 We demand:
Full release of security footage from June 4
Independent investigation into the incident
Oversight of nonprofit leadership and operations
Respect, not retaliation, for every human being
Silence enables injustice. Accountability prevents it.
If you’ve experienced mistreatment, discrimination, or denial of service — speak up. You’re not alone. This petition and civil action are for all of us.
