FIR against UP Police

We filed a case against Policemens under 156(3) because they were aware with truth and were able to go through real culprits those are located in Rehan's family itself but under the pressure of some religion leader they made my innocent brother a culprit and even they told they found a knife in Ganga river with which you can understand what's the level of intelligence and how they are treating the case. Hope GOD will give IO some clues to work on.
