Corruption by Ambernath Municipal Council:

Ambernath Municipal council Chief Officer Bhalchandra Gosavi and Town-planner Vidyasagar Chavan issued fake Commencement Certificate without collecting necessary Government Fees causing huge revenue losses to Maharashtra Government and allowed Builder Mohan Lifespaces LLP and Architect Thorat Mathew and Associates to construct Township Mohan Nano Estates and Mohan Suburbia, club houses, commercial complex.

Ambernath Municipal council Chief Officer Shridhar Patankar and #Ulhasnagar Town-planner Prakash Mule issued fake Commencement Certificate.

Ambernath Municipal council allowed builder to construct 65-70 buildings, club houses, commercial complex, without Environment clearance certificate.

Ambernath Municipal council Chief Officer Devidas Pawar and Ulhasnagar Town-planner Prakash Mule issued fake Occupany certificate.

Ambernath Municipal council Chief Officer Shridhar Patankar and Ulhasnagar Town-planner Prakash Mule issued fake Occupany Certificates.

Ambernath Municipal council issued fake Occupancy Certificate without Fire Department No Objection certificate.

Ambernath Municipal council issued fake Occupancy certificate without Environment clearance certificate.

Ambernath Municipal council issued fake occupany certificates without checking actual construction status.

Misdeeds by builder Mohan Lifespaces LLP and Fake Architect Thorat Mathew and Associates.

Mohan Lifespaces LLP constructed township of 65-70 buildings at Project Mohan Nano Estates, Mohan Suburbia, Mohan Galleria commercial complex on fake documents without paying necessary Government Fees.

Mohan Lifespaces LLP and Architect Thorat Mathew and Associates constructed Township without Environment clearance certificate.

Mohan lifespaces LLP denied to resolve issues faced by Flat owners due to poor inferior quality construction tiles are getting loose, shaking and cracking causing damages to flat and severe water leakages to below flats also walls have developed major cracks.

Mohan Lifespaces LLP got fake occupancy certificate without Fire Department certificate.

Corruption by Ambernath Cooperative Housing Registrar:

Ambernath Cooperative Society Registrar Suresh Adhare issued housing registrations on fake documentation for project Mohan Nano Estates which does not have correct Commencement certificate and occupancy certificate.

Ambernath Cooperative Registrar Ramchandra Lokhande, Kiran Chowdary, Chetan Chowdary closed all my grievance raised on Sahakarsamvadhousingfed.in without any resolution.

Inspite of raising grievance the Ambernath Registrar Ramchandra Lokhande  closed my four grievance raised between 6th to 26th December 2023 and issued Mohan Nano Estates Housing Association Registration on 26th Dec 2023 against fake documentation.

MahaRERA Authorities:

MahaRERA authorities failed to do due diligence of fake Commencement Certificate.

#MahaRERA issued Rera Registration certificates on fake commencement certificate.

MahahRERA failed to do due diligence of fake occupancy certificate.

MahaRERA failed to do due diligence of fake Architect Thorat Mathew and Associates.

We hereby request Government of Maharashtra, MahaRERA, Police Commissioner, Anti Corruption Bureau, Enforcement Directorate to take necessary cognizence in this matter and stop corruption, malpractice, fraud, unethical practices done by Ambernath Municipal Council, Ambernath Cooperative Registrar, Builder Mohan Lifespaces LLP, Architect Thorat Mathew and Associates which has caused huge revenue losses to Government and also resolve issues faced by Flat Owners.
