Stop the Massacre. of Cats and Dogs for Expo 2021 in Dubai U.A.E.

Stray cats are captured to make them disappear from the streets before the next celebration of Expo 2020. postponed for the Covid 19 pandemic. the decision of local authorities to make entire colonies of cats and dogs disappear from the streets of Dubai .

The municipality of Dubai has issued a circular, addressed not only to residents but also to tourists, in which it is forbidden to feed stray dogs and cats and according to local animal rights activists, this directive would have resulted in a merciless hunting, in which dogs and cats are captured , even if equipped with a collar, and then killed in shelters for dogs and cats or taken to the desert where they are left to die of hunger and thirst.

we ask the competent authorities of the United Arab Emirates and the city of Dubai to suspend the suppression and deportation and to immediately lift the ban on feeding strays and to implement a non-violent strategy to combat stray dogs.

We ask the Government of the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Climate Change and Environment to create animal shelters to feed stray animals instead of stemming them and abandoning them in the desert to die! and free veterinary services for injured and stray animals
