MOE believes that schools in Singapore should be closed ONLY WHEN there is transmission in school. However, this should not be the case as this means that they are waiting for someone to fall sick with COVID. Instead of people being at risk, they should commence with HBL in Singapore so THAT NO STUDENTS will fall sick in the first place.
