We the people of KTT2, especially the Kanye Sxn would like to request the unban of the user "Huell".

KTT2 User Huell was banned on July 1st, 2020 for his comments in response to a tweet by Kanye West. The tweet in question is: https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/1278408410904629252

KTT2 User PerryTheMADLADYPUS summed it up pretty well:
"The comment he made was something to the effect of 'crine kanye confirmed on the spectrum' more or less verbatim. in response to the hilarious, random and out of nowhere nature of the face-swap tweet. Even though this remark was in bad taste it didnt come from a place of hatred. this is corroborated given his general history on the forum (which i will get into later) and the fact that he's actually a huge fan of Kanye and frequently champions him.

One must also put Huells 'one-off comment' (which was made in banter) in contrast to the similar comments being made daily by multiple other users. The difference being that these comments DO stem from a clear disdain/dislike/hate/disregard/indifference towards Kanye and hold malicious intent. However warrented, justified and/or understandable that disdain may be.

Ever since Kanye appeared in an interview for Forbes, announced a "run" for president and held a campaign rally there's been a tremendous increase of 'autistic', 'aspergers' and 'the R word' type degrading comments being made and also genuinely hateful comments intently and CRUELLY trashing and joking about Kanyes mental health in general and/or bi-polar condition. these types of comments are also usually followed up by the same users with other negative remarks as well, corroborating their intent to be consistent with that of hate/apathy/disdain etc and NOT intents of jest nor banter.

Huells comment was in very bad taste and uncalled for. Of course not in terms of it being a 'in bad taste' jab at Kanye specifically (not at all) but relating to the comments subject matter. At the same time it wasn't coming from a hateful place and was a one-off incidence made in jest in response to the random tweet.

i would like to provide receipts of the myriad of similar comments to Huells being repeatedly made by other users in a NON-JOKING MANNER -but i dont subscribe to 'screenshot culture' nor do i keep tabs on other users like that. But BELIEVE ME there are plenty going around. 'repeat cases' at that.

In fact, Huell is still in his original Big Brother alliance chat thread to this day, cementing the online relationships forged through this game. Huell was on the verge of rebooting the KTT Big Brother games until he was permabanned, with several challenges already written up and prepared for the reboot.”

later he also hosted the KTT Mafia games. In the Mafia game, several users are chosen as “Mafia” members, and the rest are civilians. The civilians would get different roles, such as medic, or spy. Every night, each “Mafia” member would pick a civilian to kill, and the participants would vote to sacrifice a user they thought was a Mafia member. At the end, either the Mafia gets killed, or the civilians get wiped out. Huell was also in the works of rebooting these as well.
i also want to bring up the fact that since @Huell has been banned through an unjust perma ban since the 1st of July he has effectively served "his time", and on that same note: MORE time than what his fairly judged mute and/or temporarily ban would've been. Not sure what the timeframe would've been for a mute or temporarily ban in his case specifically if judged fairly but even then a month would seem unreasonable.

should he have been muted for however long from what he posted? yes.
should he have been "temporarily" banned? yes
his remark was however NOT worthy of a PERMANENT ban, not per the guidelines. especially given his general activity on the site.

On these grounds i have outlined, it's very clear what kind of user @huell ACTUALLY is to this site and therefore i kindly request @​huells PERMANENT ban to be looked into, re-considered and that he is to be unbanned. as he has not warranted himself a PERMANENT ban per the sites own rules and guidelines outlined in these two help sxn threads:
