Palmetto Middle School is used by thousands of Pinecrest families every day, but its athletic facilities have fallen behind neighboring communities like South Miami, Coral Gables, and Key Biscayne. Meanwhile, local youth organizations such as Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club are losing families to nearby cities because of outdated fields.

We're asking the Pinecrest Village Council to prioritize modernizing Palmetto Middle's athletic facilities in this year's budget and to partner with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and community organizations to make it happen.  This isn't just about turf and lighting. It's about our children, our schools, and the future of Pinecrest.
