Modernize LTO Now: End Chaos, Implement LTMS

The Issue

We, the Filipino Motoring  Public - Drivers, Delivery Riders, Vehicle Owners, Transport Operators, and Commuters  - demand urgent action from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO).  For  too long,  we’ve endured slow processes,  overlapping systems, and unjust “computer fees” that drain our pockets and erode trust.

Our call is clear:

  •  Implement LTMS fully – the government‑funded, unified platform that eliminates unnecessary trips and fees.
  •  Phase out obsolete systems – end reliance on legacy platforms that compromise data and inflate costs.
  •  Audit computer fees transparently – explain why ₱169 per transaction continues to be charged years after contract expired.
  • Deliver remedies if abuse is proven – including refund of unjust fees.

Why these matters?

Every peso counts. Every delay hurts.  In a time of rising fuel prices, we need systems that save - not exploit - the public. Transparency, Efficiency, and Accountability are not optional;  They are the Duty of the Government.

TAKE ACTION NOW!

• Sign this petition to demand reform
• Share it with fellow motorists and communities
• Keep your LTO receipts as proof
• Stand with citizens who refuse to accept inefficiency and exploitation

IT’S TIME FOR A MORE MODERN,  EFFICIENT and ACCOUNTABLE LTO!
