Please take a minute to send a letter to your reps and the president about global vaccine funding... 

Earlier in the month, the Senate cut five billion in funding for global COVID-19 vaccination efforts (among other cuts for Americans for COVID-testing supports and COVID treatments). This is the wrong time to be doing this and puts us all at risk. While about 35% of the globe remains unvaccinated, billions of people are directly vulnerable to the Coronavirus and all of us are less safe as new variants will almost certainly arise that can better thwart protections afforded by the vaccine. 

Please take a minute to write your representatives and the Biden administration using the action network template I put together. Add a personal sentence or two but otherwise, you can write your Senators and Representatives in congress with the click of a button. Even 30 letters get a from constituents can often get a representative's attention. We have 50,000 people in this petition and 200,000+ in our previous petition so I think we can have an impact.
