In spite of some good news that the U.S. would share more of its excess vaccines, there is still so much work to be done as most of the world does not have access to the COVID-19 Vaccine. To do 5.9% of the world is fully vaccinated and many countries have not seen a single dose.

The world still needs to finish waiving patents on the COVID-19 Vaccine asap and drug companies that developed the vaccine (especially those that received government funding to do so), need to participate in technology sharing programs to help scale up production. Too many people have died already. Some posit that we'll probably have more people die of COVID after the vaccine has been developed than before, which is especially shameful/tragic. We can/must do better.

Participate in the WHO mRNA Technology Transfer hub. As a company, you received a billion dollars to develop the COVID-19 vaccine and also had liability protections. The world desperately needs this technology to save lives and truly end this pandemic. Do the right thing.
