Mobile Service operators to pay for call drops, TRAI to ACT on @airtelindia and other mobile operators NOW

I have been facing call drops for over 2 years, it's not uncommon to have 5-10 call drops a day. The call drops happen at office or home location even when you are stationary. Shifting to another operator is not an option as all have similar issues. Please click on this link and sign my petition if you have suffered, whoever be your telecom operator

All appeals to telecom operator- Airtel go unresolved, even the appellate created by Airtel gives standard responses and doesn't give any commitment for resolution. The telecom operator has refused to act on the complaints stating that the customers billing is insufficient in spite of confirming that the network is poor although in a dense residential area.

Appeals to TRAI go unanswered as well. The govt is said to have warned telecom operators but no relief is there for the consumers.Given the state of affairs telecom network are more unreliable than electricity supply.

We want the telecom operators including Bharti Airtel to be penalised for every call drop, TRAI and Govt of India needs to act against errant telecom operators and refund us the call charges for any call drop (defined as a call which is repeated within 30 sec from either the caller or recipient) w.e.f.September 2015. To support this cause sign this petition.

We as customers demand service and appeal to Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Minister for Communication, R.S. Sharma, Chairman TRAI, to ACT NOW as we have waited too long. We believe the Govt. is interested in resolving this issue but no action has happened on the telecom operators and they continue to provide shoddy service. We want action on errant telecom service provider, Airtel, CEO Gopal Vittal and others  and a time frame for improving network.

Please sign this petition if you want a better network.
