victon's leader seungwoo was voted into the final group of produce x 101. for the following reasons, we'd like him to be removed or allowed to withdraw from the group:

- can't promote overseas for 1 year before military/would only be able to promote overseas for 1.5 years

- just got out of a knee surgery and needs to rest

- the group he is the leader of, victon, is very likely to disband in the time he's gone

- was forced to join the show
