PFBA for the Federal Employee Health Benefits Plan passes out of the House Oversight Committee!

We are THRILLED to share that the House Oversight Committee overwhelmingly passed H.R. 6610 by a 40–2 vote on July 22, 2026. This arm of the Pharmacists Fight Back Acts specifically targets anticompetitive practices by pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) within the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHB).
