The South African Constitution is riddled with loop-holes. E.G.'s The office of the President, as witnessed by the current incumbent, namely Jacob Zuma, beholds immense powers to appoint, (and fire) and then manipulate said appointees to protect him/her while he/she creates a Dictatorship and/or, potentially has the power to open doors to plunder the coffers of the State, and/or to subjugate the actions of the Judicial and Policing structures that are in place.
