We believe that the MLCC Board of Directors have not provided the services they are required to offer to the members per the CCR's. They are demanding members pay food and other fees as per the CCR's despite inadequate services in regards to the restaurant facilities. The Board of Directors is demanding that all members pay for their annual meal charges despite the fact that the restaurant is not open regularly, and the food in inedible. Provide refunds for unused food charges assessed on members during COVID 2020 / 2021 and until the restaurant is fully operational and providing quality food items. This includes either subletting or properly running of the restaurant for members AND the local community to enjoy, which the current BOD and GM have not competently demonstrated the ability to do. We want an independent restaurant consultant to be hired to oversee this process. By signing this petition your voice will be heard.
