Following the events that occurred this offseason, Rob Manfred has proven he can’t be trusted in a position of leadership. Much less be the now commissioner of Major League Baseball. He has implemented rules that nobody has asked for. Has failed to properly discipline the Houston Astros for cheating these past couple of years, although suspicions had been informed. And has now threatened other players they’ll face discipline for taking matter into their own hands. Not to forget the new playoff “blueprints” he proposed... As an individual who’s been a fan of baseball for as long as I can remember, I propose for Manfred to step down. He’s changing the game we all love, and hurting the image of America’s pastime.
