Chrystal Eason started this petition to Senator Mitch McConnell and

My son Douglas Hadding was killed in a car wreck on June 10,2017. The driver was a 14 year old juvenile and the owner was a 17 year old girl. Nothing was done to anyone for the wreck. Boyle county prosecutor told me that juveniles will grow up and then realize the choice they made was bad. Meanwhile, me and my kids and my family and my sons friends get to suffer trying to deal with his death. While these juveniles are allowed to drive and continue to do what they want. Kentucky needs to do something with juveniles who do these sort of crimes so they know they have consequences for their actions. Allowing them to continue on gives them a power that they can do what they want and nothing gets done to them because they are juveniles. Allowing someone to drive your vehicle without a valid license is against the law. Driving without a license is against the law. Being reckless is against the law. Why are juveniles different? Why are they allowed to continue on and I'm stuck in time? Changing this would mean the world to me because I then would know I may have stopped at least 1 more mother of feeling what I feel everyday. Please help me change this and change the future of our children.
