The Tennessee Walking Horse has been abused and tortured for 50 years.  The Big Lick gait can’t be achieved without cruel methods and aids. The fight to end the TWH has gone on long enough. Pass the PAST ACT to ban all of these archaic, painful methods.  Let the decision makers do their jobs and help the horses who suffer every day.
